About Anthony
Anthony's photography journey started in 2012 while he was stationed in California. His first camera was a bright and shiny new red Nikon D5300 with no idea how to navigate the camera. Over the years of use and taking many photos he seemed to be getting more comfortable with the camera. Unsure of where this new hobby will take him. After around 10 years of getting familiar with the Nikon D5300, he eventually upgrade to a fancy new Sony mirrorless A7RIV camera and again had to had to start over. After collecting a few lens, he started getting more comfortable with the camera and yet still unsure of where this hobby will be taking him. Now, he has decided to take a new step and start sharing his journey with everyone.

My photography
All my photos are mine, taken by me (sometimes my wife) and edited by me. My editing process is quite simple with trying to keep everything natural and bring out natures natural beauty. My photography style is simple to me and try to capture anything in the moment. The gear I use is minimal; In my gear bag I have one Sony A7RIV body, one Godox V1 pro flash, Sony 200-600mm G, Sony 1.4x teleconverter, Sony 20mm F/1.8 G, Tamron 35-150mm Di III, K&F ND filters, K&F tri-pod and a REI Flexilite stool. I get what I need as I need it.
My Journaling
With this next step I am sharing with everyone, includes writing. I am a terrible writer / journaler, however, never too late to start. I write my our stories to go along with my photography, I do not use any writing software.
